Originally
from Southwestern Virginia and imported to North Carolina in 1994. I
have been playing and writing music for 25 years.I was heavily influneced
by my parents in folk and celtic music before venturing off with a self
taught guitar into rock and roll and eventually bluegrass. It was through
bluegrass that I found my way back full circle back into folk, celtic
and Old Timey styles of playing. Outside of playing music, I am a therapist
and work in child welfare as well as do work for the homeless.
